Wi-Fi Internet access is free in all areas of the Hotel Diplomat including all of our guestrooms, where visitors may relax in front of the Satellite TV, take refreshments from the generous Mini-Bar or call home. Room Service is also just a phone call away and our multilingual staff shall endeavour to cater for your every need.

All rooms have their own private En Suite Bathroom equipped with bath, shower and hairdryer as well as complementary bathroom accessories, towels and robes.

The Hotel Diplomat Florence is entirely air conditioned as well as central heated and both are individually controlled by a panel in each room. Both smoking and non-smoking rooms are available; please specify any special requests when making your booking. All rooms are fitted with smoke alarms for your safety and safe deposit boxes for the security of your private belongings. If you would like to leave items with the hotel staff simply ask in the lobby.
