is per room, per day, not per person.

Yes.
• Does the price include meals?
The price
includes Italian Buffet Breakfast but not lunch and dinner.
• Is there a restaurant?
Unfortunately
not but the area is abundant with good quality restaurants at reasonable prices.
• Are the rooms equipped with a TV?
Yes, international
satellite TV comes as standard.
• Are there parking facilities?
On request the hotel staff can arrange parking with a private garage.
• Is it noisy?
All Hotel
Diplomat’s 80 Guestrooms are protected from the noise from outside.
• Do you operate a Shuttle Service to and from the
airport?
No.
• How do we get there?
From Amerigo
Vespucci (Florence) International Airport a short bus journey or taxi will
take you to Santa Maria Novella Railway Station.
Exit the station to the right and the Hotel Diplomat is just
across the road. Address: Via Luigi Alamanni 9.
• Do you have email facilities?
Wi Fi Internet
connection is available throughout the hotel if you have a laptop computer,
otherwise there is an email facility in the reception area.
• Do you operate a Car Rental Service?
No, but
we can arrange it on your behalf.
• Are the rooms air conditioned?
Yes.
• How many floors are there and are they served by
an elevator?
There are
5 floors served by 2 elevators.
• Do any rooms have balconies or terraces?
Yes, available
upon request.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes.
