A: Check in is from 2pm on, check out before 12 noon.
Q: Which languages are spoken in the hotel?
A: Hotel staff speak English, French, Spanish and German, and of course, Italian.
Q: Is the price per person or per room?
A: The price is per room, per day, not per person.
Q: Do you accommodate for non-smokers?
A: Yes.
Q: Does the price include meals?
A: The price includes Italian Buffet Breakfast but not lunch and dinner.
Q: Is there a restaurant?
A: Unfortunately not but the area is abundant with good quality restaurants at reasonable prices.
Q: Are the rooms equipped with a TV?
A: Yes, international satellite TV comes as standard.
Q: Are there parking facilities?
A: On request the hotel staff can arrange parking with a private garage.
Q: Is it noisy?
A: All Hotel Diplomat's 80 Guestrooms are protected from the noise from outside.
Q: Do you operate a Shuttle Service to and from the airport?
A: No.
Q: How do we get there?
A: From Amerigo Vespucci (Florence) International Airport a short bus journey or taxi will take you to Santa
Maria Novella Railway Station. Exit the station to the right and the Hotel Diplomat is just across the road. Address: Via Luigi

Q: Do you have email facilities?
A: Wi Fi Internet connection is available throughout the hotel if you have a laptop computer, otherwise
there is an email facility in the reception area.
Q: Do you operate a Car Rental Service?
A: No, but we can arrange it on your behalf.
Q: Are the rooms air conditioned?
A: Yes.
Q: How many floors are there and are they served by an elevator?
A: There are 5 floors served by 2 elevators.
Q: Do any rooms have balconies or terraces?
A: Yes, available upon request.
Q: Can we settle the bill on arrival?
